In all my 50+ years, I have never done a group exercise class. So when I attended my first free self-defense class at Black Belt USA, I had no idea what to expect. I.LOVED.IT. Everything was new to me, but it felt so empowering. Grand Master Dan Jakrapop Ruangrit King and Dr. King are the best teachers, and the other teachers and students are so supportive of me. I am now in my 2nd week of Muay Thai classes, and I couldn't be happier. It's awesome exercise, but more importantly, it's teaching me respect, control and is making me step outside my comfort zone. I would invite you to another free self-defense class -- they have one free class for the community every month. You won't be disappointed!

Malachi started at Black Belt USA as a timid 9 year old. He quickly gained confidence, strength, discipline and leadership. Approximately a month later Zachary (who was only 4) took a trial class and loved it. Even though most kids start around the age of 6, Master King welcomed Zachary in. We love the staff, and the family atmosphere at Black Belt USA. Master King, Dr. King, and the rest of the instructor/leadership team have made us feel so welcome and comfortable!
